Please mark the envelope and letter 'PERSONAL'. If the complaint refers to me personally please write to Hugh Evans, Consul-General at the same address. We aim to reply to your complaint within three working days whenever possible.
We ask you to treat our staff with the same courtesy and respect that we are committed to serving you. We shall not deal with visitors who act aggressively or use offensive language.
