The Congregation for the conferment of degrees for graduates from the Heriot-Watt University Master of Science courses in Petroleum Engineering and Reservoir Evaluation and Management was hosted by Her Britannic Majesty's Ambassador Anne pringle and took place at the British Embassy on Friday 23rd of October.
