Science and innovation is increasingly central to our future prosperity, to the quality of life of our citizens and to our environment. Science and innovation is international, and cooperation between nations is essential for future success.  In recognition of this, the UK government supports Science and Innovation networks in its key Embassies abroad. In Moscow we work specifically to encourage and facilitate science and innovation cooperation between the UK and Russia, on a mutual beneficial basis. In this area we work closely with UK Trade and Investment (https://www.uktradeinvest.gov.uk/) and the Knowledge Transfer Networks (KTN) (http://ktn.globalwatchonline.com/epicentric_portal/site/KTN/?mode=0).
 
We are currently working with Russian partners on a wide range of science and innovation fields, and are actively promoting increased British-Russian collaboration in Science and Innovation.
